Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can you reduce our costs?
A: We remove the cost of bottled water altogether. And we charge less for our services, and you will never have to pay extra charges like "environmental levies" & bottle deposits.
Q: How much will it cost to get out of our current lease / rental agreement?
A: Effectively nothing, as we could restructure a new rental plan which would pay off all future payments on your old agreement.
Q: It sounds to good to be true, so how do you make your money?
A: We make our money by saving you money. Please remember we will have helped you to remove the largest cost which is the water bottles. Also we get to supply our new water systems and provided we continue to what we do best, and give you great service, you might also refer us to your business friends too, so everyone wins.
Q: Which companies do your products & services work best for?
A: Companies who already have bottled water coolers or plumbed in water coolers are great for us. However as we also significantly less expensive than most other companies, have some great solutions for new start companies, or companies that just don't have any water coolers yet.
Q: How much can you reduce our water cooler running costs by?
A: Usually more than 70% of your companies total spend on bottled water. Vast savings we know, but we as believe our industry is way too expensive, it is our duty to readjust the financial and environmental impact, for all our future clients.
Q: Are your prices fixed or will our payment go up at a later stage?
A: Once we have saved your company money, we guarantee that we will not increase your payments, EVER. Provided you choose not to make any changes or make additions to the system or provision of water required.
Q: So, what happens if we want to add more water coolers to the same site or other offices?
A: In short at any point in the future, you can add additional water coolers to your existing agreement. We do not apply penalties for wanting to increase your cooler count with us, nor do we insist that you take out additional contracts. Quite Frankly the choice is ultimately yours, add to the existing agreement, or start a new one....
