The Environment

All Quite Frankly companies recognize that, through our operations, we may affect the environment, this requires us to pay significant attention to our environmental management process. Environmental Impact reduction is an inaugural part of our business and is at the forefront of our future development plans. This policy outlines our goals, and will be routinely applied across the whole of our companies.


We have a requirement and a commitment to ensure that all of all employees adhere to our documented Environmental Business Management Process (EBMP). Guidance for our many levels of corporate responsibility and care of duty actions within the company are the responsibility of our senior management, for the discharge of duties to all employees within the Environmental Business Management Process (EBMP). In accordance of these objectives, our companies will:

  1. Comply with environmental legislation, codes of practice, our Environmental Business Management Process (EBMP), best practice and will pursue sound advice from expert sources, together with a commitment to continuous improvement where it is practicable to do so.
  2. Plan and manage future business operations to minimise the impact on the environment, ensuring our local & national operations are as effective and impact reducing as possible.
  3. We will continually review, monitor and improve our environmental performance through introducing effective change and management processes to improve controls and meet our ecological targets.
  4. Our aim is to provide opportunities to enhance and safeguard the environment at local & national levels. Encouraging our team & rewarding them for work well done by ethical and sustainable standards, will provide a structured platform to educate, praise or discipline as required.
  5. Recycle and reduce waste where possible, whilst maximising the opportunities to procure from renewable sources and to reuse resources where possible, and promote the use of sustainable essential items.
  6. Raise awareness, encourage participation and train employees in environmental matters.
  7. Use materials and resources, including energy & fuels efficiently using viably sustainable products and materials wherever it is practical to do so.
  8. Assist and help our current and prospective clients to use our products and services in an environmentally responsible way.
  9. Where possible we aim to improve our overall effectiveness of renewable resources, including our time and money. This should ensure that our team will always have adequate knowledge, and the will to implement continued successful use of our Environmental Business Management Process (EBMP).
  10. Inspect, investigate, report and remedy any such flaws in our quest for an improved & continually sustainable way to do business. We will learn from issues that may occur from time to time, such that environmentally adverse incidents will be reduced to a minimal level over a period of time.

We acknowledges our corporate responsibility to strive for continual improvement and to review the objectives set out above. All of our employees are encouraged to contribute to improvements of our EBMP as a matter of course. Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment, and failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.


This policy is displayed throughout the company on notice boards and made available to third parties on request. It forms an important part of our employee hand book.
